why is the character being transferred as of 03:33? I said offer retracted more than 2 hours prior.

Hi, Feyd's alt.

As you bought the toon and sent isk and the account information, And the fact you already had a character transferring from your account so we had to wait 10 hours. I asked if it was ok to start the transfer before I go to work in the morning, to which you said that's ok.

I felt no need to check the forum anymore hence why I started the transfer as discussed. Please contact me on this character if you need anything else.
