For null sec hacking is there a specific one or two of those containers that flys out that in general has the best loot?

Relic sites
Materials = salvage
Parts = salvage
Data = bpc

Data sites
Parts = decryptors
Data = bpc

...of course you'll need a cargo scanner to know what the contents are for certain
