Player Features and Ideas Discussion

I recently acquired a corp that now I'm left with running and I look forward to the job, but having done this in RL I couldn't help but notice there is no place in the Corporate system other than the Bulletin system to store simple documents like the Notes tool.

My suggestion:
Add a simple Corporate Notes section to the Corp Panel in EVE whereby a list of "documents" or "corporate library" is available and accessible to all corporate members to read. For simplicity, the CEO should be the only one who can edit, delete, or make new. Call it a "Reading Room" if you like where members can learn about their corp.

The reasoning:
Any corp of any useful size must have things like internal rules, doctrines, lists of allies, lists of duties, new member briefings, locations of corp things, and what to do when leaders aren't online. Where do we put these things so everyone can view them?

What we have now:
As best I can tell, others are doing this perhaps with an external website or simply chatting a lot, but that seems a bit cumbersome when you consider the simplicity of storing text documents.

Later enhancements:
The next evolution would be the inclusion of a basic permissions system, or rather, some way to limit who can edit, view, or delete but just having a place to put them that only the CEO could control would be great for now.


P.S. If I am just missing this and there actually is a place. Please forgive, but I've been playing for 5 years and I've not noticed a place yet.
