EVE New Citizens Q&A

Whats going on guys,love the game but im having a problem. Ive played for a little while, so I don't know the "in's and out's" of everything. I recently recruited a friend of mine,and he went caldari. How can we do missions together? We've tried several different stations with no success. We are mostly interested in combat missions,which in turn usually drops our standing with the opposite faction. We've trained diplomacy but this is also a bust. We have only had luck with one agent,but it put us on COMPLETELY different missions. Any help / advice? (Id like to know,hes offering to reroll but it'll be awhile to get back to where he is and I don't want him to have to go through the hassel.

So literally "one" of us grabs a mission,both of us don't have to pick it up? (like I said im kinda new,still trying to get the hang of missions. Ive made most of my money so far doing solo missions and mining.)

You can also both take a mission and do them both before you turn them in. Slightly more efficient.

Like Radius said fleet up, then the fleet commander can warp both players to the mission. When one mission is complete, switch the "boss" in the fleet window, then warp to the other mission.
