Pirate -1.5 sec and some killrights (from being a bad pywit), easy fix with new sec tags

Arrow Minmatar Carrier/Dread
Arrow Can fly Minmatar Freighter/JF
Arrow Has good gun skills and missile skills (t2 large autos and t2 torps, t2 ham and t2 HML)
Arrow Can fly Loki and Tengu + Vargur
Arrow only needs black ops skillbook to fly a Panther
Arrow can fly orca
Arrow logi V
