Obstergo [-XWX-] is the redcoat menace welping wormholes today! We are a ragtag assortment of Americans and northern neighbors finding fun in the various holes of anoikis. We are pretty awful, and American, but if you enjoy playing EVE instead of working EVE, then we are probably your cup of tea.

We try our very best to limit the amount of rules our members must adhere, to maximize individuality and ensuring our members enjoy their game and our community. Like any large group, we have our loud members, drama, trolling, and shenanigans, but our shenanigans are cheeky and fun!

We have requirements, but please note that our requirements are not to promote any elitist environment, as our community and environment is the most important part of Obstergo. Our requirements are to ensure that each member is capable of supporting one another and that no members are behind the power curve.

Recruitment is OPEN.

Obstergo's Recruitment Process is generally as follows:

1. Interested pilot joins ingame channel: ObstergoNET
2. Interested pilot completes application located in MOTD.
3. Obstergo Recruitment Team begins Full API Review.
4. After Review, Recruiter will schedule interview with candidate.

**NOTE: Please stay in ObstergoNET. Our community will be in there to field questions, troll, joke, and get to know candidates. We thoroughly enjoy sociable prospective members!**

5. Interview will be conducted, w/ questions and "stuff".
6. A package is written up by the recruiter and submitted.
7. Obstergo leadership reviews, addresses opens, and votes.
8. If selected, the candidate will apply to Obstergo.
9. Application will be accepted by Obstergo after the "Gauntlet".

**NOTE: Obstergo's final test is that candidates will navigate into our wormhole, given only the entrance system from K-Space, as a nuetral. If they successfully navigate/scan themselves through our chain into BK as a nuetral, they are accepted.**

Bumping

* Bumping is allowed only by the character who started the thread. If you use another character you will get warned.

* Bumping must consist of a real sentence, not simply the word "bump". For example, "Recruitment still open" is an acceptable bump.

* Bumping may only be done once per day.
Once per day means that the date has to be different on your post. If you bump 2008.06.15 then your next bump can only be 2008.06.16 and then 2008.06.17. It doesn't matter when during the day you bump, as long as the date is one day apart. For more information you can read the Thread Bumping Guideline.
