latest update downloaded and installed after TWO DAYS of pain and anguish with failures and errors.

Launcher simply reads offline mode and nothing else i do changes that. offline offline offline.

using the .Exe file WHICH I SHOULD NOT NEED TO to start my game, no issues there.






Please please please please please fix your damn launcher.

Please please please please please fix your damn launcher.


Maybe you can enlighten us a little how you are starting the launcher, and in what kind of environment. Did you create custom short-cuts and are you running windows 7? The problem you are experiencing is likely to be caused by having started the launcher from a misconfigured short-cut. This is a known issue but sadly none that is easily fixable.

There is no need to use the eve repair tool in order to fix the launcher. Best bet is to use to the latest launcher installer. The latest one can currently be found at http://content.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_1_571330.exe
