Trying to understand corporations am new sorry if this is bothersome

Just recently joined a corp and am going to start mining for this corporation but I do not understand how the recieve and pay system works for corps an example if I am requested to mine 150,000 tritanium I continue by droping off in corp station then when and ho would I recieve pay being that I do not believe there is a minimum wage system. In otherwords is it up to them when ans how much you receive or is there a system implemented for this?

they will decide. most corps that are run decently will hav mails in place or forum posts stating exactly how it works.

It might be a good idea for you to also take a look at this guide

I know it's not mine but I think it might be a good idea for it to get stickied in this forum... Too many ppl joining the wrong corp.

The race is long, and in the end, it's only with your own inability to unsubscribe.

It depends on the corp. Some will actively work on a excell spreadsheet and pay out at the end of an ops (or maybe once a week). Some have a third party tool/website (miningBuddy) where you loginto and it will automatically send mails to the ones that need to payout.

If you have to ask here on the forums, the corp isn`t managing the ops as they should. You need to be asking to the member that started the op.

There is no easy way.

Thx everyone I decedied to quit the corp due to the fact that im still to eve I dont feel like being someone elses foot soldier so I probaby stick being a solo corp and join a actually corporation to gain acess to low security areas basically a corp where everyoneindividually makes their own profit an if someone needs help gaining acess to 0.0 well step in but thats when I fully grasp all the concepts of eve thx for the help guys ill look into that manual ^^
