Hello, I am wondering of there is a way to discern every single skill that helps a certain ship. I've looked around, but so far I can't find anything, and I'm on a Mac so EFT and EVEMon are out of the question; all I have is pyfa and the neocom app on my phone. Thanks in advance for your help.

I don't think that's practical because there are many skills you're going to want to train according to the modules you're going to use on any particular ship.

Post the ship AND fitting in question and we can better help. As it stands, the fitting will make a huge difference on what to train.

Neocom let's you find a fitting and then add all needed skills for that fitting to the built-in skill planner.

Does it do all affecting skills as well?

I know EFT isn't an option for the OP, but it's kind of nice to be able to see all the skills that change any attribute of the ship through right clicks. But yeah, if you post a fit, I'd be happy to send back a complete list.

It does all skills required for the ship, modules, turrets, drones, ammo.

But you're right, not every skill that affects those skills.

I've seen it put Advance Weapon upgrades in there so I'm guessing it at least judges based on the power, CPU, etc but it might not max out Tactical Shield Upgrades and the like.

It is a quick and easy way to get a really good idea, though.

Build the ship in evehq, right click the ship pic and 'alter relevant skills'.
You will see all skills affecting the ship, and your trained level.

You can do the same on every loaded module.

You can build the ship in pyfa.

When you right click on a ship in it you will see all effecting skills tab.

Pyfa works on macs. Big smile

Please take a look at EVE Skilltracker (beta). This is a web based tool for maxing out ships and professions.

Sure, the skilltracker doesn't know your fittings. So the skilltracker is NOT perfect for you.

Excellent! I did not know pyfa had this feature, I had pretty much stopped using it all together, thanks a lot!

eve-hq has a built in fitting tool and item browser

show info on an item, and there is a tab that lists all the things that affect it (including skills).
