Since I'm way too tired to think straight: Can this character reprocess manufactured goods back into 98%+ of the original materials anywhere?

I just tested it and only get around 93% when reprocessing manuafactured goods, wouldn't you need standings with every corp to be able to get 98% anywhere?

Scrapmetal Processing reduces waste factor reprocessing modules.
Ore processing skills for ore. Lv4 needed for high/low sec stuff, lv5 for nullsec if you want as much reduction as possible.

It's a nice char, too bad i'm short on cash to buy it :)

ah, thanks for the explanation, then no actually the character has not trained scrapmetal processing, would need refinery efficieny 5 and metallurgy 5 for that, twenty something days to train both of those up
