How long does it take to have a new character transfered?

Hi all

At 0600am server time today I bought a toon and it's now been 12+hours and he still hasn't showed up in my account.

When I try to click on the last character slot in the login screen I get a message saying "you can't create a new character because there is a character being transfered to your last empty slot", so I guess the transfer process is underway?

Does it usually take 12 hours to transfer a toon? Or should I contact CCP?

It takes 10hrs to transfer a character.

Thats 10 hours from when the other guy started the transfer, not from when the sale was made.

If you are in a hurry, ask the guy you bought it from when it was transfered. (thats if you know the name of one of the other characters they own)
