Faction Warfare LP and Store Discounts

Can't find any information on this somehow, so I apologize if the question has been asked before.

How do tier discounts work? From a post back in 2012, I have this:

T1: old price x 4
T2: old price x 2
T3: old price x 1
T4: old price x 0.5
T5: old price x 0.25

But I'm not sure if this is true anymore, since the militia I'm in is at T2, but the prices on the LP Storefront are equal to non-faction warfare prices, so the price isn't doubled. And they didn't change when we switched from T3 to T2, so is this discount system even in place anymore? If not, why are people still eager to cash out at higher tiers?

There are no longer any tier discounts - higher tiers give you more LP.

Also, if you go into the FW tab and hover over the tiers, ti shows the bonus you get

Not for me when I hover over tiers in the factional warfare tab. For example, tier 3 says "75% bonus to loyalty point gains"

Also, is the reward from plexes based on the tier of the system, or the tier of the overall FW militia?

For example, I go into a novice plex in a T1 system while my militia is overall T3. Do I get the scaled LP for the T1 system, or the T3 militia?

Your FW loyalty point rewards are based on the militia's tier level across the entire war zone. System upgrade levels contribute to that, and also provide some benefits to stations in system.
