i don't like this idea as it means if i want to go to null sec with a cloaky legion and look for officer spawns it either forces me to set up a pos or find a station system in probably hostile space. (now for the bit that has probably been said already) if someone is afk and cloaked in a system they can't do anything to you so are not a threat id the are not afk in the system then when you get bored of hitting d-scan they'll come shoot you at which point you can kill them.

This seems like a great way to fix cloaking, except for the whole idea of; 'Uncloak and now .. Cloak back up.'

If they had a timer on their computer, they could easily do it. But in any case, this sounds like another great idea that is going to be ignored!

And what is up with this whole bit about needing to undock and risk being shot in order to PvE?

They can shoot you if you do that!
