I'm having problems getting the launcher to work on a new PC.

Eve installed fine, I've run the repair tool a few times, but every time I run the launcher it exits immediately. I can get in game by run

If I run the launcher as an admin, I get the following error:

Same problem here. Installed over steam, never started the launcher. It starts updating then just exists. I ran repair several time and now I get the exact same message.

It installed and ran on my laptop just fine. Both are intel cpu with amd graphics. Although the laptop is newer generation hardware.

Okay so if i go to steam app folder then to eve\bin i can start the game manually from there. Problem now is that I can't authenticate as game is not aware of steam when it's beign run like this.

Is there a workaround to me starting it manual with "steam awareness" or forcing it somehow to use steam login? Since I doubt CCP will do anything to help us with the patcher that is still being a biggest piece of **** in the world of launchers I have seen in gaming even after 11 years.
