Currently, the warning box on modify market order uses the same logic as the market sell order and market buy order, which is to compare the new price vs region average. Regardless of how good a job that original test was, it has much less value when modifying market orders.

The reason, we've already determined our desired price range when entering the original order, with what every variation from region averages that may be.

Now, someone else enters a new order that offers a better price, so my order becomes dormant and will remain dormant until that other player's item closes or I modify my price to place my item at front of queue.

Mostly, this is a matter of modest changes from the original price, simply the changes required to outbid any orders that have push my order to bottom of queue.

Solution, provide option to have the validation and warning box warn me if my new price exceeds acceptable %delta from the original order's price.

Please stop posting suggestions for features in this forum. It is against the rules. At best, these will be moved. At worst, they will be locked, disregarded, and you might take a forum vacation.

Put them where they will be looked at with actual interest. Features and Ideas.

One of ours, ten of theirs.

Best Meltdown Ever.
