End Jita Spam for Good: Option to Turn Off Seeing Trial Account Messages

It could be put under General Settings as the options of:

a) Turn off Trial Account Messages
or
b) Turn of Trial Account Messages in Jita only.

It should also be made possible to turn off messages for individual corps. Goodbye default corp spam.

There may be other uses for it as well that I don't see....

You seem to believe that jita spam only comes fro trial accounts, not from spare character slots on full accounts. I suspect you are entirely wrong.

OP you know nothing about eve if you think Jita spam is any kind of problem for anyone that can see 2 meters ahead.

Jita spammers pay their subscription too. CCP can't say no to money, just look at the DUST debacle, all because Sony gave em some isk.

This really won't help, as most scammers in Jita use alts on the same account. They are usually in a rookie corp for months or even years. Turning off trial-account messages won't change a thing.

Idea is fine, but it won't solve the problem. And as usual, people aren't likely to see it as a problem.
Best way to ignore it is just minimize the local chat window until you are out of there.

Jita chat will remain the mess as it is as long as it keeps its unmoderated state and mass of people.

Using tablet, typoes are common and I'm not going to fix them all.
