You're probably much better off going to a forum or discussion group about Citrix or sysadmin things than posting this on a game's forums.

(essentially)

Man, this is a really big problem.

I'll try and help you as much as I can:

BE HONEST.

Don't try and bullshit people that you know what you're talking about. It will be immediately obvious that you know cack all about Citrix and will make you look like a nobber.

An unemployed nobber.

Sit down and dazzle them with you other skills such as your time management, team leadership, work life balance, conflict resolution.

If they want somebody with management experience and skills, they may well be willing to have you learn Citrix (be willing to do so - perhaps even investigate some courses and accreditation you could do)

If they want somebody with in depth knowledge of the platform, sorry, that's not you and you'll only make yourself less employable by being fired for being a nobber.

TL:DR - be honest and show off your skills convincing them of what you said: you have your team who know their stuff and you're the guy to manage them.

Good luck.

Proactive enough to hit the EVE forums with this question?

I'd hire you in a second.

And from your condescending, ignorant response to Feer Truelight's correct reply to your post, I doubt no one will help you.
Are you serious?
If you're gonna call someone out for being condescending, call out the first person who did it. Not the second who's fighting fire with fire. P

Thread moved to OOPE.

Everyone that is being rude, stop.

If you're serious, I'd suggest looking into Global Knowledge and taking one of their citrix bootcamps.

Citrix:
-Widely used by "work from home" people in the U.S.
-People curse at Citrix a lot.
-The Citrix app for end users is called GoToMyPC.
-The IT guys in the office tend to spend a lot of time assisting people connecting with Citrix from home. Not that Citrix is that complicated, but you know how end users are....
-Moving files around between your local PC and the remote PC you're Citrix-connect to is a pain. As a work-around, I tend to just email the files.
-When you get back to your office PC, all of your MS Office user settings are scrambled. ("Dammit, my Outlook email preview window is on the bottom now, not the right!")

Come on guys, don't troll OP. He's trying to land a job, FFS.
