Can I listen to music that isn't from my sec status or region?

Is there any way (haven't seen any in-game, but maybe an ini file option?) for me to set it so I can listen to highsec/lowsec music in null?

The EVE BGMs are standard mp3 files, so any music player software that your machine has should be able to run them.

Simply navigate to the folder where you installed EVE, then res/audio/jukebox/
Add them to your playlist, and enjoy.
