Moon Harvester Upgrade I (5% Mining Amount) & Moon Harvester Upgrade II (10% Mining Amount)

How will Moon Harvester work?
If a moon has several types of possible moon goo. Their ratio depends on how much is in the moon. You would get more of the common versus the rare mineral just like mining Arknor. As you will not be able to pick or choose on what you want to mine.

Chances base on moon resource rarity ratio.
04: Atmospheric Gases, Evaporate Deposits, Hydrocarbons, Silicates
08: Cobalt, Scandium, Titanium, Tungsten
16: Cadmium, Vanadium, Chromium, Platinum
32: Ceasium, Technetium, Hafnium, Mercury
64: Promethium, Dysprosium, Neodymium, Thulium

So lets say there is a 2% chance of getting a Thulium in a moon to mine...

If your using a T1 Moon Harvester you have a chance of 0-2% - 0-10.8 m3 of Thulium out of 540 m3 every 180 seconds. The other 98-100% you will be getting a condensed ore on the moon as well. There will be several new Moon Ores which some are less quality (-25%) versus belts and or even higher quality (+50%) or bring back the compounds? Each new Moon ores will have all the 8 types of Minerals (Tritanium to Zydrine and Morphite) based on Moon Ore Rarity which can be found in Low Sec to Null Sec/Wormholes. These are also random as well by rarity and chances.

How can I get reactions together?
Just like the Rorqual crunches down ore; you will be doing the same thing with the goo which requires no blueprint and reactor is pre-built into the ship. Requires the Industrial Core I + Reactions

Do I need to scan a moon still?
Yes, This will help you to know what minerals are in a moon to mine. Sometimes you will get lucky by getting a rarity that the probe didn't scan down.

NOTE: This will not in any shape or form will leave the mackinaw or hulks useless. Since they are guaranteed a certain level of minerals in which they mine. This idea is to break away from the POS with Moon Harvesters who are also guaranteed the resources they mine from a POS. This ship is all by chances of luck and time. Same thing as if your doing sites for hacking and archeology.

To all those who are going to skip all this and say not another Mining Care bear Ship and we do not need anymore capitals. If you have questions about this fit to help twist or change or to improve let me know. I'm looking for feedback! Not to deal with whiners. Thank you.

No, it prints money. It's way faster than a pos even.

That is why there is chances... you can spend an entire day and maybe get nothing. Plus... just cause I state one resource doesn't mean there will be others into the mixture... plus I'm looking for this to hopefully remove POS moon mining. Also it prints money? so does everything else...

Unless it can mine high sec moons, then it has the same problem as the roqual, which is to say its a big target. Maybe if it wasnt a capital and could move about easyer.

I like the idea. More tools given to industry people means more targets for PVP people -- and hopefully we can get more people into low-sec.

I have a lover, her name is EVE. I see her every night and all she asks in return is that I have a pilot's license.

Would it benefit high sec miners? Yes. Am I trying to make highsec more care bear friendly? No.

So being as it may be it is lowsec/nullsec/wormhole only.

Maybe another ship just like this just smaller and only allowed to use 1 moon harvester.

That's the point of this or specially into Nullsec.
