It's a known issues with NVIDIA.

Temporary workaround:

Open the EVE client Esc menu
Go to the Display & Graphics tab
Set the Shader Quality option to Medium

It's a known issues with NVIDIA.

This is an Nvidia bug. It affects more than just EVE.

Update to the 320.49 drivers, they fix the shader issue

Reopen the EVE gate so we can invade Serenity. Goons can go first.
