Hey, sorry for the insane question :D

as a scout i want to be quick - meaning i don't want to have to worry about blindly jumping at a gate in unknown systems, where i have no bookmarks yet. I hate bubbles with cans all around.

What would be your "best" choice - to alleviate most of the common problems.
So it has to be cloaky, very quick and an interdiction nullifier fitted, warpstab maybe and a ExtProbe Launcher,.

Basically i would like to have a Interdiction nullified Helios, whit a little bit of tackle :D
Hold a Target for a min, till the gang arrives and take over tackle - then warp of.

Yea i am a noob but bare with me please :D
How would i get away whit this?
Not possible at all?

Those stabs are going to screw up your lock time which is bad. Cloakies already have lock time issues when they decloak and try to lock up a target before it gets away. Lose the stabs, polycarbons and speed mods and just put a proper armor tank in your lows/rigs.

For GTFO ability put the 100MN AB if you want, otherwise double plate it and tank like a boss. You can have such a huge tank you may as well commit to the fight and not have to warp off.

Warp to a celestial perpendicular with the gate you are going to first. Then warp the gate. You'll usually bypass drag bubbles altogether.

With bubble camps you jump into... not much you can do other than burn back to gate or burn out of the bubble with a MWD and/or cloak.

The favoured gates to bubble in NPC null is the one on your route that has the gate waaay outside the plane of the solar system, so that all roads lead to rome.... err through the bubble. Nothing you can do about those other than to make a perpendicular bm earlier.

If you hope to tackle then go for tank and speed. Drop the stabs as they will make the job just that much harder. If you want to just breeze through camps for the gang then lose the armor tank and fit for speed/agi. The only real risk to cloak nul scout is getting decloak by fast tackle before warp hits. The armor tank will just leave you more vulnerable to that.

Also don't forget to use anoms for your book mark anchors as well. Since those change fairly regularly they make good UL points without needing a second bounce point.
