Splitting stacks when setting up contracts no longer works

Splitting stacks when setting up contracts no longer works, e.g. when you want to split a pile of minerals for a courier contract, you could right click and split.

This worked up to a few days ago; presumably the last patch.

Without it setting up courier contracts out of corp deliveries is impossible when you have a large pile of minerals, since splitting from the contract item selection screen was the only way to split billions of units into freighter-sized ones.

This kinda completely halts our production efforts...

The menu item is still there, you can select an amount, but nothing happens when you click OK.

I'd bug report it but the dev blog says you've turned off bug reporting. Hope someone is watching here then.

Reproduction:

* buy a billion units of trit using corp wallet
* find trit in corp deliveries in assets, right click, create contract
* set to public courier
* go to select items, right click trit stack, enter 86000000 units, click OK

Expected (and worked for years up to now): stacks split as requested
Actual: nothing happens

Same issue here. I ran the logserver and it seems a server side exception is being thrown.

This makes remote contracting more or less impossible.

This has to be fixed ASAP.

Yep, tried to split two ships that had been couriered and couldn't, so we had to fly 99999 jumps to split them manually :X

Temporary fix:

Try splitting off the amount you need and dumping the rest in a station hanger.

Contract remaining item.

How do you split remotely? Or do you mean actually flying to there and splitting it?

Confirming as broken and that the log server gets an exception. Please fix this, it's making managing deliveries a pain!

We're talking about situations when accessing the inventory in given station is not an option, aka being at the other end of New Eden.
Dumping stuff into another hangar is not necessary. You can have multiple stacks of an item in one hangar that show up seperately in the contract setup.
