WTB combat support character (Logi V, Recon V, leadership, minor indy)

I am looking for a character that can follow my main around and well.. support her!

REQUIRED:

-Logi V
-Recon V
-Good support skills
-1-2 well trained turret types (projectiles and hybrids pref.)
-AT LEAST 3 racial cruisers to V to match your weapon system

NICE TO HAVE:

-Leadership skills
-t3 ship skills
-orca/freighter
-MINIMAL indy skills (enough to get a perfect refine in highsec)
-suitcase carrier skills
-Blops

NOT NEEDED/WANTED:

-major capital ship skills
-Major indy skills (when I see t2 invention skills injected on combat characters it makes me mad)


I think i've said enough to give you a good idea of what I'm after; show me some toons.

Budget is right around 24 billion

maybe this here but it need 14 days to skill out to 4-5 the skills you want

leadership isnt really skilled, recon is there but subs only started
