Player Owned Cyno's and Covert Op BS's having covert jump drives

So i propose installing a new player owned structure that I'm calling a player owned cyno.

I propose to set up a pos with no shields that is an ideal target for small gangs - when the structure is anchored and online, one must provide a correct password to jump into the system.

It has the same mechanics as POS anchoring and operations but has no shields. This means you can anchor a bare minimum of guns on it to keep stray frigates from taking them out, some hardeners, or if your feeling daring... any of the industrial attachments. But needless to say the grids are seriously gimped and what ever you end up fitting will pale in comparison to what you could do with an actual POS.

It's intended to be a target where a handful of stealth bombers can take out in one or two runs.

I'd like to see the fleet stay together and I don't see the downside of letting the strongest ship in the fleet actually fly with the fleet. So I say give the T2 BS a jump drive so that the small covert ops gangs could jump in and out of the targeted systems together so as to avoid the wasted logistics effort that could be put into pvp.

Once the cyno jamming structure is down, there is no passwords required and all ships are weapons free.

Feature exists. We already have cyno beacons, they go on POS in SOV space. Your idea is worse.

And the black ops BS already HAS a jump drive.

Moving across lowsec/hostile sov/jumping to stations instead of beacons, things like that.

Because you can't anchor Cyno Generators in lowsec.

The need for cyno chains:

a.) The shortest (and often safest) route from system A to system B is generally through lowsec. Lowsec doesn't (usually) have cyno jammed systems, but it also doesn't have Sov so there are no POS cyno beacons.

b.) Jumping to a cyno beacon (which are often at deathstar POS's), is mildly dangerous. You can easily get bubbled and ganked when moving that way by people that camp the beacons.
