Raising Fleet members faction standings

Through mission running. Can this be done?

For example a friend and I were grinding some level 4's together in fleet. Each time the mission was complete i chose to share the mission rewards with fleet members. (just 2 people in fleet)

However my friend said that his standings did not change. By standings he meant faction standings not corp.

I assumed that this just meant we had to complete a storyline mission together. But when we got a storyline mish and completed it, I shared the mission rewards but his faction standings still had not changed.

please advise, thanks.

he has to accept storyline mission, but you can finish it for him, he gets faction standing!

What you could do is continue to run the missions and share NPC corp standings until your friend has the standings to use the agent.

Then you swap over and the friend takes the missions and you both complete them. This way the friend gets the storyline missions and you can help him to complete them.

Yeah thats pretty much the way to do it.
