Claymore - missile or projectile boat?

Have I missed something? I heard that Claymore been planned as missile boat (after Cyclone) for Odyssey but its still unchanged..
If anybody know something more than me, let me know.

While i heard about this i cannot say it was viable source...i simply don't remember.

I cannot be bothered to search but yes im pretty sure it was put forward by the devs for the claymore to be the missile boat and to change the hull of the Slip to a cane. This is not planned for a while though. BC changes (there are more) dont have a release date to my knowledge.

If they change the Sleipnir hull to a cane I'm ragequitting.

This is not topic about personal preferences. I just asked the question if Claymore's going to be missile boat or CCP resigned from this idea.

Claymore will be based on the Cyclone hull, which went missiles.

The Sleipnir, that remains to be seen. The dev responsible for the "rebalance" of all these ships, has stated on the forums that he recognizes the massive pushback that would occur if the best combat command ship was ruined by turning it into a missile boat, and/or if the hull class was changed to a Cane.

That being said, it does not mean he still won't do it.

The irony is with all the buffs to the T1 hulls in the combat and assault class cruisers, you don't see many Sleipnir's being used, I am betting because of the bang for your buck.

I used to fly my Claymore in small gang in null sec, and loved it, giving all those lovely links, while dishing out 500 plus DPS, and a solid tank. Sure. I would get primaried, but that ship brought a lot to the table. No more, I am afraid.

the claymore should be a dorne boat.
the prophecy and damnation should have been turned into arti or rail platforms.
Oh and the Armageddon should have a bonus in favor of large projectiles on top of all of its current bonuses.
