i didnt find out where to open this topic and also sorry for my bold language but can i anyone tell me when do i get a god damn answer to my 3 days old petition and 1.5 days old second petition? thank you...

Youll get an answer when a GM decides the logs dont show anything.

Believe it or not, you are not CCP's only paying customer. And believe it or not you are not CCPs only idiot customer who sends multiple petitions for the same thing instead of just being patient. Flooding their petition inbox because you can't wait will not get a faster response, it just makes more trash for the GMs to dig through. If there is any justice in Iceland you would get moved to the back of the line when you send a second petition, I don't think it works that way though.

Oh yeah and for future references the 'support admins' don't necessarily read the forum, and this is NOT the place to 'open this topic'.

If it is urgent and prevents you from playing (stuck somewhere, bugged and cant undock, etc etc) they are usually pretty good about a quick response time. If you are crying about an 'unfair' loss or something else equally as silly expect it to take some time, I am certain there is lots of sh*t to dig through until they find your particular turd. Patience.

Patience is a virtue.

The GM Team answer support tickets in order they are received. By filing multiple tickets on the same issue, you're simply creating more load and making it take longer for them to respond to you.

Do not file multiple tickets, and do not discuss Support issues on the forums. Please wait for a response to your support ticket.
