Inventory filters and T2 BPCs

I have a filter set up to show only my T2 blueprints in my inventory for various reasons (most notably how awful the S&I interface itself is). I started the rather ignorant way:

Group is Blueprints
Name Contains II

Fine, that works for modules. But not ships. So I upgraded to the logic I should have used in the first place:

Group is Blueprints
Meta group is Tech II

And on paper that should catch everything, right?

But it doesn't. T2 gang link blueprints seem to get missed by that one.

So, the questions. First, is there a filter I can use that actually accomplishes my goal? Second, is this just a bug that should be reported?

That is absolutely, positively a big fat cockroach of a bug.

Nowhere in any sort of interface design does that make sense.

Speaking of filters, why can't I sort by "value of stack over x" ?

This issue annoys me too. Due to not inventing many ships, I just use a workaround of II then any other specific names of things I'd been inventing, but it gives me the irrits.
