The eve board should speak for itself. Most sub caps under Amarr / Minmatar are T2 fitted and T2 Flyable.

Youre just short one billion. I believe this character is easily worth 12 billion ISK. Several offers for 10 and 11 billion. :/

I accidently xfered Shtabe before i received the ISK, i wasnt thinking. So if anything comes up, the ISK is being sent to this character. It was all a big mistake. Sorry.

Confirmed 15 billion ISK received. Sorry for this foul up. I hope it can be forgiven without causing a big ordeal.
