Hard to say. Moldova isn't the best place for copyright lawsuits. I really hope that they would change the logo.
As a marketer I've seen many companies with some fancy foreighn stuff.. Like onece I was contacted by a company what had a Apperture Science logo... In mid talk with their CEO I was like: "BTW ... Nice logo" and then both of us giggled a bit.
