Been noticing an increase in client lag since Odyssey. Was wondering if other have noticed it as well.

I live in w-space and others in the same system have noticed client lag too. Generally, it'll happen for closing/opening windows in game, initiating warp, reshipping....similar activities.

Don't really know if it's lag from the client or something serverside....busy node perhaps? But, the lag is demonstrated by the client freezing for a few seconds. And it seems to be getting worse/more frequent.

Anyone else noticed?

Does closing the client and reloading it fix it for a while by any chance?

It could be, like you I haven't been monitoring memory usage. Been online for several hours and mem usage for eve is hovering around 835mb.

But to answer your question. Yes/No.

I noticed this lag 5 minutes after logging on when I opened inventory and a few minutes later when I warped to a customs office. The client paused. It doesn't always happen. Sometimes there's no lag.

Yesterday it was horrible. By the end of the day I did restart my clients and it did fix the issue. So it could be a mem leak in some cases.
