Timer rollbacks: when are they coming CCP?

The title says it all really. You guys said you wanted to do timer rollbacks back in Retribution, but they just barely didn't make it into the patch. Now another patch cycle has come and gone and it seems that this one little thing that would make life so much easier for FWers has slipped through the cracks. So are we going to get this or has it gone the way of the FW cynojammer that probably got torpedoed cause Nullseccers want to afk control moons in low sec?

In 4-6 years when they decide to work on FW again.

Just starting out in faction warfare I could see how this could really help out. Not sure about the cyno jams. Might be some balancing issues with that lol, but hey who knows.

They were also talking also about FW sov upgrades reducing fuel consumption for poses, cyno jammer structures in FW stores, having multiple and balanced single NPC respawns in plexes. Finally, they told us how in winter time, just before Christmas, an ol' man called Santa Claus brings gifts to children who were good the year before.
Well, I'm sorry to be the one to break it to you , but Santa is a lie.

The only fix FW needs is to not allow non-FW pilots into plexes... Twisted

I read lots of dumb posts on the EVE-O forums, so what you have done is quite a feat. Good sir or madam I award you the Ship Toast of the week award! Please stop by Nisuwa and announce in local you are there to claim your prize.

Neutrals and pirates are such a great asset to FW. When you squids are too busy being scurrred the pies and nuets give us good fights. The pies are much less likely to run from a fair fight.

By why on earth would all the awesome 'leet peeveepee'ers want to hang out in noob-infested plexes for a quick kill??? Sounds to me more like the loser Hek stations campers than 'leet FW Warriors to me... Pirate

You misunderstand a pirate's intentions. If I catch your ship and can ransom it, I make isk. If I explode your ship and loot the modules I make isk. If I explode your ship, take your modules and ransom your pod I make more isk. If I cause you to lose isk, there is less of it in New Eden and my net worth is increased. If I stop you from making isk, my isk is worth more thereby increasing my net worth. This applies to new and old characters alike.

I have often felt bad about killing a newer player who actually tried to fight and gone on to behave in an unpiratelike fashion. I have no mercy on the warp core stabilized, those who run and the unfit. Also, your "noob-infested plexes" are a myth. The only "noobs" who fly in faction warfare complexes are unfit or warp core stabilized alts.

Also, thanks to Cearain for showing me you can get statistics on the top victory point earners. Seven of the top ten from last week don't ever fight. When they happen to lose ships they are unfitted or the low slots are filled with warp core stabilizers. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with people not fighting -- they just shouldn't be earning the same (or better, often times) isk or loyalty points as somebody who takes a risk. It's a sandbox, but when sand starts spilling outside the box it's time to scoop it back in.

Timers should role back at an exponentially increasing rate. Give scrubs an incentive to stay rather than just bug off.

Welcome to the task of trying to convince fw players their "war" should involve pvp instead of pve.

You have already received 12 upvotes which is actually very high for a fw proposal. It seems a substantial number of supporters are not in fw - which I suppose is not surprising.
