EVE ships don't have any form of thrust vectoring or maneuvering thrusters yet they bank when turning and feel like they are flying through jelly like you said...and now we want stuff made from tritanium which we don't even know the chemical properties of, in the vacuum of outer space to rust.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but we are flying semi-sentient balls of nanites around that continuously repair themselves.

Even if we are not talking about rust, there could be some corrosion of some sort going on----after all, wrecks and containers and such are all destroyed after 2 hours in space---the shields and repair systems must be doing something right to correct this.

Minmatar pre-rust all of their ships and modules. We hold immunity in this aspect. It's like a pre-shrunken t-shirt.
