I have been here since 03 - Across multiple chars. Sometimes selling others, some times not.

But in all this time i see CCP failing on one aspect

You simply don't listen to people i.e the player base.

1. Why are u not adding more null sec regions?
2. Why are you not LIMITING alliances to only be able to hold ONE region per alliance.
3. Why are PvP ships getting buffed hard, but PvE ships keep getting knocked down.
4. Why did you raise the tax rate to 11% in NPC corps?
5. Why are you trying to force people to play the game how you want them to?
6. Why are there not *private* find-able systems corps can find and hold themselves that can only be found through spying *in corp*?
7. Why are NPC factions getting harder to kill but the tanks we use staying the same?
8. Why is a Tech 3 Cruiser able to kill a BATTLESHIP with no issue?
9. Why do cloaks not have timers on when activated? i.e 3 minutes with a 5 minute cool down?
10. Why do asteroid fields have such crap ore in 0.5-1.0?
11. why is there not more incentive for players to go to null/low sec?
12. Why was the slingshot 0.0 entrance gate system never introduced even tho it got 95k likes on the post? I can't even find it?
13. What is the point of low sec? It should Be )( High Sec )( NPC Controlled Null Sec (Were NO ONE can put poses up) and player owned space?
14. Why after 13 years do we not have walking in stations?
15. Why has dust activities been shut down to just null sec systems and planets?
16. Why are corporations/alliances able to war dec HUNDREDS of corps/alliances? Is this not privateers all over again? Marmite? Whores in space?
17. Why do you not LIMIT the amount of war decs to 3-5 per corp / alliance?
18. Why do you not get some one to work for you to design a tutorial that people can actually understand? I.e new players?

I have a thousand more questions

But as a *bitter* vet. I think these questions deserve answers

I'm a rather new player, but i'll try to answer some of those:

1. More null-sec regions - less player density in those - less conflicts.
2. There is no such limit: http://go-dl1.eve-files.com/media/corp/Verite/influence.png (might be temporarily inaccessible)
3. There is no such thing as PvP/PvE ship.
4. Because inflation. If you want to be completely safe from wardecs in NPC corp - pay a tax.
5. Because you are not the one developing this game.
6. Instanced systems are bad (anything instanced tbh). Go to wormhole if you want your own system.
7. NPCs are easy to kill as ever, also what tanks have to do with killing? Rarely L4 mission requires to have more than 300-350 rat-specific tank.
8. Bigger =/= stronger. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6so9AT4UydQ
9.
10. Because highsec.
11. lvl5 missions, better signatures, richer ore, FW. Enough incentives imo.
12. W/e players like in F&I forum might contradict DEV's vision of the game. Or they took note of it and it might get implemented sometime SOON™.
13. Point of low sec is higher risk for more rewards.
14. Because it is a game about spaceships and not walking in stations.
15. Because Dust activities are tied to sov wars (at least devs intended to use Dust in sov mechanics)?
16. Because they can.
17. Why should they? War dec is an isk sink mechanism.
18. New players can easily understand tutorial if common sense is not just a sound for them.

HTFU. Go play Hello Kitty online. Or better - biomass yourself.

Opinions are like assholes. Everybody got one and everyone thinks everyone else's stinks.

1a. Because it would be pointless. Maybe some smaller groups would find a niche to carve out for themselves... but the majority of the space would just be swallowed up by the already existing 0.0 alliances (did you know; most 0.0 alliances only claim 4 or 5 systems in a 10 to 15 system region... but they are still unofficially considered the "owners" of that empty space).

2a. Artificial limitations don't work. The alliance that just wants more space would create alt alliances and claim more systems.

3a. When it comes to ships that shoot, there is no clear design distinction between PvP and PvE (nor should there be). That falls on the fitting(s) the players choose to apply.
But if you are referring to "non-combat ships like barges and industrials... the former already got a buff (in the form of clear roles and strengths). The latter will get a buff along the same lines. Neither class is designed for war.

4a. The NPC corp tax rate is to incentivize people to make their own corp or join an established one (so hopefully you interact more with people for better or worse). If your fear of war declarations and/or other people exceeds your want of less taxes then think of the tax as an 11% "fee" for war/social immunity.

5a. Because it's a multiplayer sandbox. As long as you are allowed to do what you want to do... so is everyone else (for better or worse).

6a. Allowing "private systems" that no one else can get into is called "instancing." It would allow people to isolate themselves from the rest of the game and affect people only when they want to. This is not in line with what a "sandbox" is.

7a. NPC rats are becoming harder to kill because people found them too easy to kill.

8a. Why shouldn't it? I can kill a solo battleship in a Recon cruiser or even a Tech 1 frigate if I play my cards right. Remember that bigger is not always better.

9a. Why should they have such a timer? You do know that cloaky-specialized ships pay for their stealth ability in other ways right?

10a. High-sec ores suck because high-sec is relatively safe compared to other areas of space. You want better ores? You have to accept (and manage) more risk.

11a. You do know that this question is in direct conflict with the previous one, right? There is plenty of incentive to go out into low-sec and 0.0 space (unless you are a manufacturer... which will soon be corrected I hear). You just have to accept more risk.

12a. Never heard of the idea. Sounds full of flaws.

13a. The point of low-sec? How about; to be the haven for pirates, scumbags, independent small groups, and privateers for the various factions.
Not all of us want to go out into null-sec for personal reasons. But we enjoy the danger and opportunity that comes from not having CONCORD around.
It's also more profitable than high-sec if you know what you are doing.

14a. Because the playerbase killed it with mass uproar. Which is to be expected. When more than 1.5 years are sunk into a single project that yields only a single room with no actual purpose, un-optimized coding (which made many people's high-end hardware shriek in pain), the introduction of vanity microtransactions (which many people perceive as a slippery slope and a product of Satan himself), and the willful sidelining of various problems/glitches/balance issues that people had been complaining about for years... and you're surprised... why?.

15a. They're in low-sec too. But I honestly can't answer this one as I could care less about DUST.

16a. Why shouldn't corps, mercs, and people be able to war-dec hundreds of people?

17a. See number 2a. Artificial limitations don't work. You'll just have the mercs/pirates jumping from corp to corp about every day or so. If you try to limit this then you'll also prevent the victims from being able to drop corp and escape the war-decs.

18a. Have you SEEN the new tutorials? They're much better than before. More understandable too.

1) Why do we need more nullsec? There's enough to fight over already, spreading people out further means less fights and more annoying travel to find what few do happen

2) What would that achieve? Or would seeing Goonswarm, Goonswarm., Goonswarm.. etc really change the map to your liking?

3) There is no such thing as a PVP or PVE ship. Everything can be used for both.

4) To discourage people from hanging around in wardec-immune NPC corps? If you want money, take a risk.

5) How are they doing that, or do you just mean that people should be able to play without ever interacting with another player?

6) Because places to rat, mine and build supercaps with complete immunity to any kind of risk would be a BAD THING?

7) They're not.

8) Why not? A FRIGATE can kill a battleship with no issue. Anything can kill pretty well anything else in this game.

9) because those would make cloaks utterly worthless

10) because you have zero risk. You want better ore, you take a risk.

11) How can you complain about how crap highsec is, and then complain that there is no incentive to go to null?

12) What are you talking about?

13) No it shouldn't. Lowsec has issues, yes, but removing it fixes nothing.

14) Enjoy your CQ. Also, 10 years. Also, see: the riots

15) I thought DUST was lowsec FW stuff?

16) Why not?

17) Why should they limit the sandbox?

18) They revise the tutorial quite often. What's wrong with it?

Can I have your stuff?

I think CCP does listen to the player base in some circumstances. Threads like this are a perfect example of why they don't and shouldn't all the time.

OP claiming to be 03 player and then saying "14. Why after 13 years do we not have walking in stations? "
Math bro can you do elementary school level math??

Every question that he asked could be answered by a player that has played for more than 1 month and kept eyes open.

I read the op and rapidly came to the conclusion that the op shouldn't actually be playing eve. Is there anything that he actually likes?

Dumbing down of Eve Online will result in it's destruction...
