Is it possible to properly center the camera when using dual monitors?

Hello,
I am using dual monitors of different sizes. The game is stretched across both.

Using the "camera center" option, I am attempting to center my ship on one monitor. Only I cannot. Since the intervals are too large, my ship ends up either left or right of center.

Is there a way to adjust the camera so it's exactly centered?
