I was wondering if anyone knows of a Zip folder which I can download which DRASTICALLY reduces the 20 GB download for this game?

Theoretically it could be probably compressed into 10% of that but it would also take your machine days to decompress it.

The installed eve client is around 12 gigabytes in size. The download size is some where around a fifth or a sixth of that. If you're having 20 gigabyte downloads.... Dude! You're doing something seriously wrong.

Sable's Ammo Shop at Alentene V - Moon 4 - Duvolle Labs Factory. Hybrid charges, Projectile ammo, Missiles, Drones, Ships, Need'em? We have'em, at affordable prices. Pop in at our Ammo Shop in sunny Alentene.

Virtually every ISP imposes download limits. They may not tell you they're there since they're usually rather large allowances, and it is unlikely that the typical user reaching them, but they're there nonetheless. The limits are typically published either in the fine print that nobody reads, and/or on the ISP's website.

My ISP, for instance, has a monthly data allowance of a combined (Upload and Download) 400GB. I wouldn't even know that were it not for the fact that I specifically asked about it and was directed to their website for the information.

Find someone with a torrent for it, throttle it so you don't hit your cap, and get out into the sunshine this weekend. Come back next month, install, have fun.

Alternatively, learn to hijack open wifi and use it. But I never said that.

No, really, I didn't. The NSA must have just inserted that into my post here.

Yo dog, I heard you like zip files so I zipped up the client onto a zip drive, but I didn't have your zip code so you get zip.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.
