Hi! Im trying to buy a toon that can fly all races sub capital ships T2 and has decent support skills to it...it would also be great if the toon can use a race of a carrier and a dreadnaught, and Jump Cal V ,

Is there something near that available for 20 bil or arround there? Please reply or convo me ingame thank you
