I'm gonna persue some productions, and need a mining toon - you have one, I might be interested.

Requirements are: Least Hulk Capable.

Anything else will just be lush.

Budget: Max 1B.

Given that transfer fees are two plex, your 1 Billion asking price would result in the seller loosing ISK to give you the character.

And for those of you arguing that it might not be worth it for the seller, I can only say, that a lot of guys makes indy toons and disbands em - someone might have one laying around, and could do with the extra billion.

It cost over 1 bil to transfer a character. No one is going to give you a character at around a 100mil loss for them.
