wtb c2/3 with c5 static

C3's do not have static connections to other wormholes, only to k space. Hi sec, lo sec and null sec.

C2's can have a static c5, although these are somewhat rare wormholes, but the second static in these will always be to null sec.

I haven't seen one in a while but if I run across one anytime soon I will let you know.
