tbh ya'll suck, if I eve mail someone saying "yo give me 2 bill and I will give you my character" and they give me cash is that also going to be taken seriously as a character transfer scam?

ima get banned anyway why not? lol i didnt even due ****. i've put atleast 15K$ in this game over the years. w/e =)

CCP has a "No screwing around" policy when it comes to the character bazaar. Test that at your own risk - just don't be surprised if you find yourself with a nice, shiny permaban.

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

only characters and isk involved, scamming is scamming i thought ccp was better than this and one of the reasons i joined the game with an awesome(not so awesome anymore) dev team behind it

CCPs rules state that:
1. The character has to be in an NPC corp the time of the post: Intending he wasn't selling it.
2. He clearly stated that this was NOT a character sale or auction
3. He wrote that any isk received would be taken as a donation!
4. NO deals were done through the forums AT ALL, it was just in game isk being sent randomly, that ISNT violating rules!

If anyone's stupidity got the better of them for this, that's their own fault! They should have to live and learn from that, don't ban him CCP as you have no evidence to say he's done anything wrong (Because he hasn't!)
..Unless ofc, I missed something?
