Idea for Moon Goo

The idea is to allow all areas of eve to mine moons.

Why? War obviously drives eve, no doubt. Null sec is where a lot of the fighting goes on, as we know from the goons vs test battle over moon goo. Now, that being said when wars are going on prices are up and people are getting rich. So a possible way to drive prices up is to allow moon mining in all sec areas. The fighting would be never ending and lines may be drawn. Battles, POS removal (bashing), possibly designers of Dust could throw in with the mix somehow... or not. So to bring this to a close. All systems would be in constant war (even more so) if we could mine moons everywhere.

Anyway just an idea thanks.

It used to be possible to mine moongoo in highsec, I believe. That ability was removed, as well. I believe it was something or other about risk vs reward, but I may be mistaken. Since the removal was before my time, all I have is the stories told around the Quafe machine by older players.

yeah... if you let moon mining exist in hisec you'd just see super hardened towers that no sane group would want to spend hours trying to kill. As a result you'd have to allow dreads and carriers into hisec which in itself is a bad idea.

Although I do think it'd be hilarious watching an entire slowcat fleet get concorded because the drone assist shot someone they shouldn't.

Perhaps for some new types of materials
