Idea for moon goo.

The idea is to allow all areas of eve to mine moons.

Why? War obviously drives eve, no doubt. Null sec is where a lot of the fighting goes on, as we know from the goons vs test battle over moon goo. Now, that being said when wars are going on prices are up and people are getting rich. So a possible way to drive prices up is to allow moon mining in all sec areas. The fighting would be never ending and lines may be drawn. Battles, POS removal (bashing), possibly designers of Dust could throw in with the mix somehow... or not. So to bring this to a close. All systems would be in constant war (even more so) if we could mine moons everywhere.

Anyway just an idea thanks.

Yeah everyone gets a moon of their own with a pos that can't be attacked. We could also ban weapons as well. We'll just all mine for stuff and fly around taxis for the dust players.
