Corp pos for Alliance use, as non corp member what can I do?

Hey all, if another corp in my alliance was to set up a POS and allow alliance use, what exactly could someone outwith the corp do? Can he start jobs? Fuel? Could a director from other corp change the pos settings? Or is it simply that you can use the SMA and CHAs?

It all depends on the roles that person has in your corp. They won't be able to change any POS settings though. They will also only be able to conduct ME/PE research, no manufacturing/invention/copying jobs.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

Refit (I think) with SMAs.
Do any research that doesn't require input materials.
Enter the Force Field.

That's it. No CHA (or any other hangar) access.
