WLTB: Scanning/Probing Char

I'm after a Probing /Scanning character, all i need is Cov Ops at 3-4, and the relevant science skills at 3-4.

Cloaking at 3-4...

I just paid 2.3 billion for a similar char, which had 4 mill sp.....looking for similar.

Not worried about any combat skills, pure cov ops /Probing.
