Scanning issues?

I've logged off and completely restarted my computer and started EVE back up and I'm still having the same issue even after deleting the current scanning filters and creating a new one. When I enter a new system it doesn't show me the cosmic anomalies and signatures till I click on my filter again. It's getting pretty annoying that I didn't have to do this before and I'm having to do this now in order for anomalies and signatures to pop up. Is there something in my settings that might be wrong? If so please tell me.

Working as intended. You turned the scanner off. Left Click on the scanner icon again and use the radial menu to turn it back on

Also : can I have your stuff ?
