Where to put all the ore as a POS only user?

People who can only use a POS, without a station in system, for example in nullsec or whormhole space may have faced this problem before. Where to put all the ore, that the members of a mainly mining corporation scrounge up.

With all the new personal pos modules showing up, one for some huge mining only storage would be very welcome. See my posting in the Features & Ideas Forum. Please like it or comment it when you would love seeing something like that in eve, to help us miners and industrials out.

I am unfortunately unable to link to it directly, cause i get an "you may not post html code" error each time i try, even when i use the link option here in the forum, and use the URL i get from the forum itself.

XL Array's are what we use for ore storage. That combined with rorq compression usually solves the issue.

XL ship arrays give you a huge amount of storage, but it means not being able to put as many other modules as you may have.

Advanced Large Ship Arrays are bigger, and can be anchored in hisec.

Efficient Storage & Really Big Storage

In lowsec / nulsec, a Rorqual can be used to compress ore and ice.

When you copy the address it copies the https:// with it. If you noticed, the https:// is already filled in the link url window

As Tau said. Advanced Large Ship Arrays are the best option. No restrictions on where it can be anchored, it offers 18.5M M3 storage, and you can fit the array and ship maint array and a corp hangar if you want in a small control tower.

i removed the https:// and it still claimed it was html code.. maybe cause the forum here uses .aspx? I tried different ways to input the link but i got the same error all the time.

Yes i am aware of the large and x-large ship arrays, the problem is if you have many "mining for their own pocket" miners at the same time. You only have 8 diversion for a corp, so it basically allows only 8 miners (if you lack the access to those sub diversions, even less). Cause otherwise you are unable to see who mined what or how much of it. As containers are unusuable on a POS as well.

So either containers needs to get useable on POSes, or a new POS module needs to get added. Like the one i suggested.

Currently if you have a corp full of miners, all of them trying to make money for themself, and all you got to use is a POS, then you are quite screwed. Sure you can find ideas around it, we all did and have, as i am sure several faced similar problems. Just thought with those new nifty personal variations of different POS-Modules, there would be an opening for another alternative. By limiting that one to ores, compressed ores, ice and compressed ice only (and maybe gas?), there should be no way to use it for anything else. I think it would be a nice thinh to combine special holds, with the "personal hangar" idea - after all special holds already exist, and now there also seems to be a hopefully reusable code for personal modules.
