p.s. 9 days until perfect tengu subsystems. with t2 heavy it's 800 dps for 64+ km. you can orbit container and kills mission in semi-afk mode. with t2 geared raven it's same 750-800 dps for.. 160km! but bit worse tanking and speed

You're high, you're worth 3.5-4 BN max, you need a lot of work

No WU V, or AWU anything, sure you can shoot T2 cruise missiles, but the increased fitting requirements from no WU V and no AWU skill leaves you with most ships unable to fit T2 launchers without gimping their fits. Your other supports are pretty bad too.
