The dilem i have here is that i can make those toons in 1 month, so it would cost me only 30days (1 plex) to make a cyno5 alt with +4 implant and remap.

But, id like to have them now and not wait 30 days, but ur toons are not finished yet so i'll have to finish the training for covert ops frig.

If you pay in money then you still make profit since 20$ = 1 plex, you would make around 950m isk for training 2 toons. If your paying with 2 plex for the transfer then it's not worth it under 1.2 each i understand but i dont think you will sell them for 1.2b each these are very specialized toons for only 1 jobs.
