How to setup proper role/rights for corp members to us mobile research labs at a pos?

Howdy,

we have an corp office in system A and a pos with labs in system B.

Whats the proper setup to let certain corp members use a lab?

from guides and interweb resources I read, Factory Manager and take access to a corp wallet division (accounting) is needed.
but still it says "drop access only" when mouseovering the division slots in the lab. I can drop bpo's into it. but I dont see them
and I cant see the bpo when trying to start a job.

so how would you setup the rights/roles ?

is there a time delay to have the roles/rights take effect?

You're going to want an office in the same system as your labs or you'll have to put your BPOs in the POS (bad idea).

You'll need query (and maybe take) access to the hangar you'll be using.
