Pros:
- C4 Static makes for GREAT PVE activity for small gang
- high-sec static makes for easy logistics
- Plenty of moons
- Fairly small system, not too bad to scan
- Awesome PI (7! P4 products)


CONS:
- POCOs need to be bashed
- 2 dead control towers.


Method of Transfer: I prefer 50-50 Deals (I have lots of references look through my post history or ask me to supply the posts via link). You pay half up front, I contract you the full set of bookmarks, you check out the system, and then pay the rest before you plant your tower.
